Resizing Objects

To resize an object using your mouse, do the following:

  1. Click on the object you want to resize to select it.
  2. Position the pointer cursor over one of the four corner handles to resize both height and width. To resize in only one direction, position the pointer over one of the side handles, or over the top-center or bottom-center handle.
  3. Click and hold down the left mouse button.
  4. Drag the selected handle until the object is the desired size.
  5. Release the mouse button.

You can also resize an object using the Object Properties Panel for the selected object, or click appropriate buttons in the Format toolbar to resize selected objects to the master selected object.

Resizing objects and pressing <Shift> key at the same time, you can resize object proportionally. The line can be resized in the horizontal or vertical direction. You may also press <Esc> key to cancel the resizing operation.
